WHO WE ARE

Ian Grant was trained in the Anat Baniel Method and completed the Children's Mastery in 2016. After training in Anat's method and the 9 Essentials® Ian began working help people to integrate new neural connections for movement and cognition.  Ian has worked with adults suffering from post stroke difficulties, those living with MS, and people suffering from chronic tension and pain.  Ian also has experience working with children that live with Microcephaly, Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental delays.

Valerie Grant is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and a prominent Pilates instructor in the area.  Known as The Posture Coach Val has helped people in the area for over fifteen years to improve their lives through exercise and better postural habits. Val combines all she has learned to create a unique approach for the individual client.

Anat Baniel Method Practitioner

Ian suffered a shoulder injury in Jiu-Jitsu which lead to shoulder surgery.  After having a lot of post rehab pain and discomfort Ian found great relief in what his mother Valerie was learning in New York City, Feldenkrais.  After research he began his training in the Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement®.

Val has worked in the fitness field for over 25 years.  She is trained in Feldenkrais, Yoga, Sounder Sleep Method®, and various forms of Pilates. She helps people find new ways of moving as well as increasing core strength and stability.
